| Starting out I felt pretty spent and was taking it pretty slow, but around the 5 mile mark I finally started to feel pretty good. I found a trail up off the pavement and took advantage. Livermore is beautiful this time of year with the green grass really making the hills seem quite comforting. Then it was back into Dublin and my legs started to feel good so I finished the last 4 miles at a something like 6:15 pace. All in all a really good run. | Add Comment |

| Kind of windy out and I needed a bit of a break. Still I went nine and it amazes me how running longer for even a few days makes a huge difference in what we consider shorter. I felt slugish at the start but got into it around 3 miles and felt good the rest of the way. | Add Comment |
