| Another loop around foothill. I had a breakthrough today figuring out that my hands have been way too hight typically. It will take a while to get used to running with them lower but I think it should help. Also I was wondering if anyone knew anything about a relay across the US. The idea came to me today while running and I figure with 15 or so high mileage runners and some support staff I think it could be done in just about 2 weeks. Any ideas from the BLOG? | Add Comment |
