Running in the rain is soooooo nice!!!! Went up the four hills arroyo again and it felt really nice to be out in the wet weather. Two days in a row at 9 miles and my knee felt just fine so it looks like things are going well.

Shawn and I went out through the construction site and it was really windy! I think we went kind of fast but since I forgot my watch there is no way to know. Only a few more runs from work before I move!

Up though the construction site and then on through the neighborhood. Even after a few miles on pavement through residential areas, my knee felt fine. I must say that running a little more reasonable milage the last few days has my legs pretty sore. My calves are pretty bad but this too shall pass.
