Managed to stay mostly dry the entire run!! Did one loop on the creek with Ozzie and then one loop with Cara. Nice and easy the whole time and my stride felt pretty smooth.

Creek run in the evening starting with Cara. My hamstring is a little tight again and I'm going to have to get that figured out before too long. Other than that nothing notable.

Started out on the lakeline trail but it was a super muddy mess so I ended up exploring SLC a bit. I'll be glad to get back to Cali!
