| Business park for 3 x 10 minutes then back on the track for 4 x 200. Not too bad but it was still hot. I know I ran a negative split for the last 2 minutes as compared to the first 2 but other than that the pacing for the 10s is unknown. | Ran 6 x 7 min on the creek. I went out at a nice restrained clip to feel out my hamstring. It is definitely not right but it was just a mild tinge of tightness. I'll roll it out again tonight and see how it feels in the morning. | Add Comment |

| Ran a 2 mile community race today on a cross country course ... 11:13 I believe. I was just cruising and should have picked off the next two guys but for some reason just sat back. The next guy was Ozzie so thats no big deal, but the next guy was hurting and we let him get away.
