Freeway loop with Cara and then 4 x mile on the track. It was windy and wet but my legs felt pretty good even when running a little bit into deficit.
Red bridge with an extension.
Foothill loop with extension. Legs feeling really good and pacing seems to be falling into place quite nicely.
Red bridge. My legs felt really good and I am starting to be able to stretch out my stride and still stay comfortable. However, I need new shoes already.
Foothill loop with extension to bring it up to 12. My legs are feeling good but I definitely know I've been running more miles.
Red bridge. I started out with Cara and we broke off half way. Felt OK but I've got to put some ice on my shins for a few minutes later.
Longview loop ... man that hill is an absolute killer!!
