| Tried to run again today but just about 1.5 miles into it my calf started knotting up again. It was a lot better than yesterday but not good. It should get better though with some work. | I spoke to a trainer about my calf and she told me to wait a week before I tried anything. Its been a week and I finally got back on my feet. My calf felt fine but I ran pretty slow and I;m definitely going to keep icing it for a few weeks. | Add Comment |

| My hip is pretty messed up and I have no idea what I did to it. Anyway I got in a few miles on the bike but I'm starting to worry about Boston. My mileage for the last few weeks has been really sub standard and that is going to come back to bite me in a race.
