Took Longview road up to the lookout over foothill and then added on a bit at the end to bring me up to 20. I felt pretty good all the way through about 2:10 and then started to fall off a bit. All in all a pretty good run.

Worked with the vaulters for a few minutes and then ran a freeway loop. I felt really bad the whole way with tired legs and stomach problems. I guess those long runs take a few days to really hit you.
