Pretty good shake out race and I managed my PR by just over 3 minutes

- 6:08

- 5:41

- 5:39

- 5:56

- 5:52

- 5:28

- 5:41

- 5:47

- 6:06 (9 and 10 must have been off somehow)

- 5:33

- 6:08 (turned around into the wind)

- 6:05 (still into a hard headwind)

.1- 6:37

All told I was pretty happy with it and feel pretty good. I'm not sure I could keep it up for another 13.1 miles but I guess my goal pace for a full is a little slower. Tomorrow we will see how the legs feel. In the end  I'll call it a success. Also we were 3 for 3 PRs today ... Ozzie ran 1:12 (1 minute PR) on a bad calf and Cara ran 1:35 (8 minute PR).
