Long run with Ozzie. We started on the creek but then went on a loop I've not done before. Only barely beat the rain so the timing was perfect.
Creek loop in the rain and I felt sick. I'm glad that its done!
Ran 3x9 minutes with 2 minutes rest. We just made it without any rain so the timing was perfect!!

We had an interview candidate in at work so I only had time for 11. My legs felt fine so thats is good but I did want to go a bit more.
Ran easy with Ozzie on the creek. His calf is a little tight from the intervals the other day so hopefully that will clear up.
