Still sick ... far to sick to run and I hate that!
My lungs were on fire but Cara forced me out for a short run. I thought I might perish on the side of the road, but managed to wheeze through it. It was good to get the blood moving, but boy that was a tough 3 miles!!
Five really slow miles at lunch and five miles with Cara at home. My lungs are still sore but it felt good to get out for a little longer.
A nice short run up bear canyon arroyo. My cold is still hounding me so it was kind of tough to breath but still not a bad run.
Five slow at lunch with John and Mark. It was SUPER windy today but thats the way it is.
