I biked to work today and the ride home was horribly windy!
Rode to work again. Tomorrow I will try running again.
Ran today. My knee hurt but not overly so. Tomorrow will be a ride again I think.
My knee is messed up again. After running yesterday I felt fine but this morning it was no good. I rode to work and had to ride home in the rain ... kind of fun and refreshing really.
Rode with Carol today up Valecitos road. Unfortunately Carol took a spill on the railroad tracks but seems to be OK now.
