On the bike for 3:20 minutes with ~3500 feet of climbing. To the top of Diablo and it was beautiful! Kind of ran myself out of steam though because I've not been riding very many miles lately.
Today I felt like a runner. The cold rain almost made me stay inside, but in the end I made my way out and had a very nice run. I felt pretty good the whole way through, but the pace was pretty slow so that helped.
