Slow miles up the arroyo by myself.
Up to the dam with Brett, Shawn, and Steve. Slow miles but it was pretty cold and I didn't have tights so thats fine by me.
Up to the dam with Steve. He turned around really early and I had to truck it try and catch back up. Feels good to really stretch out and run like I meant it.
Longest run since October. I found a new way to get up to the four hills arroyo. All dirt as far as I could ever run!
