Got up early to fly back to Cali and didn't have the motivation to go for a long run after heading to the grocery store and settling in. I was thinking about reducing mileage this week anyway to give myself somewhat of a recovery week. My legs feel great but something tells me a week of lighter mileage will really do me good. I'll shoot for somewhere around 65-70 I suppose. Perhaps I'll even put in a day of biking rather than running ... does anyone have a rational way to count time on the bike in terms of a long run substitute? |
