The knee is not so good so no long run today. Patella tendonits I think so I'll have to take good care of it.

Easy run with Ozzie. My knee was a little sore again but icing it yesterday made a huge difference. Hopefully only a few days of real interpution.

I was supposed to do 6 x 6 minutes, but I was falling apart after 4 so I quit. My gut was giving me trouble again which makes me think I might have some kind of stomach bug. Anyway I stayed out on the creek for Ozzie to finish up ... hopefully tomorrow is better.
