1-2-3-2-1 (equal recovery) with Ozzie. He has a much higher VO2 than I do, but I think my threshold is higher. Things felt OK, but that kind of speed is not something I'm used to. At end my heart rate was 82 through 30 seconds and 142 through 60 seconds.
