Bike conversion. Still can't run because of the ankle.
Ankle still bad but got a little bit in.
Ankle getting better ... definitely not good but better.

Easy but my ankle still hurts.
ran a workout with the kids: 1200,1000,800,600,400,200 with rest: 3:00,2:30,2:00,2:30,2:00. It was really very easy but my ankle was still troublesome.
