AM: with Ozzie for about 13.
PM: with Cara for about 4.
Lifting and then a run. Oz had already put in 7 so he came with me for a while and then I finished up on my own.
4 x 6 min with 2 minutes recovery and easy running to finish it off. I probably ran harder than I should have but a stressful day will always do that to you. It always feels better after running!
Easy run with Cara and Oz. Not much to say.
Meet day which always reeks havoc with running.
Ran twice in SLC. The elevation and hills are a killer but its probably good for me long term.
