I ran OK, but I got out too slow. I think I was basically stuck in marathon pacing mode and didn't start moving until late in the race. In any event it was an OK race. I missed the first few mile splits but here is what I have:

4 miles: 24:02

5 miles: 5:52

6 miles: 5:35

7 miles: 5:39

This was a 1:45 PR for that course so that was good but I really should have gotten out faster.  It was beautiful weather despite the prediction of rain. The wind was a bit gusty, and once you made the turn onto the highway the wind was brutal.
